The Chancellor's Residence at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill underwent a complete HVAC renovation. The existing equipment was completely removed and Edmondson provided electrical and mechanical services for five new hybrid heat gas furnace/heat pump systems and one new ductless split heat pump system, as well as new duct modifications.
